Chapter 11
12
Terence threw the property deed to the side in frustration, leaning on the table and gasping for breath. However, he suddenly noticed something extra on the tabletop.
He instinctively picked up the piece of paper, and the few lines of words on it hit him like a bolt from the blue, leaving him stunned in the same spot.
How could it be a miscarriage certificate?
That time, it was on the day at the hospital!
I remembered that day when Amanda came out of the hospital, looking pale. It seemed like she couldn’t bear the pain anymore, as she bent down. in a disheveled manner, with her chest heaving.
It was him; it was him who killed their children with his own hands!
Terence clenched his fist and forcefully slammed it on the table, unable to hold back his tears of pain.
The photo pressed on the desktop was shaken out by this force, fiercely piercing his eyes.
It was actually photos of him and Abigail dating, from holding hands. while strolling on the street to kissing, and even photos of them entering and leaving the villa together.
In an instant, Terence’s heart sank to the bottom of the valley, and his hands and feet turned icy cold.
Did she know?
When did she discover it?
Terence had a feeling, but he was unwilling to accept this fact. He trembled as he opened the phone she had left behind.
The screen was filled with unbearable displays of show–off and curses, as well as pictures of him and Abigail in bed.
Even just an hour ago, she was boasting about how she had accompanied her to see the sea.
Looking up, it was a provocation sent during the wedding photoshoot a couple of days ago.
I took the wedding photos that you missed. You didn’t even know how excited he was when I wore this outfit. He kept me for the whole night.
Terence only heard a buzzing sound in his head, and the string called reason completely snapped, causing a heart–wrenching pain.
So that’s how it was….
Looking back again at Amanda’s performance during this period, everything was traceable.
But he damn well ignored it!
Terence didn’t even dare to imagine how desperate Amanda must have been when she found out about this, and how she must have felt as Abigail flaunted her power.
His Amanda was the kindest, she would even shed tears empathetically while watching movies.
He said back then that he would not let her suffer elsewhere, but now he is the one who hurt her the most.
Terence dared not look closely anymore. Trembling, he held these things. in his arms and fell to the ground weakly, allowing tears to gradually wet
the floor.
“I’m sorry. Amanda, I’m sorry… I never thought it would turn out like this…
When Abigail arrived, she was shocked to see Terence in such a disheveled state. Quickly, she pretended to be concerned and said, “Terence, are you okay? I saw the news that Amanda ran away from the wedding…”
The next second, her face burned with pain. She covered her face, which had been slapped, and looked up in disbelief.
“Did you hit me?”
Terence tightly gripped her neck, thrusting the phone in front of her, hist hatred almost searing her eyes.
“I had already told you not to covet things that don’t belong to you, yet you still had the audacity to provoke her!”
“Abigail, you were really disgusting!”
Abigail’s struggling movement came to a halt, as if she wanted to say something, but was stung by the disgust on his face, unable to hold back.
her tears.
If it were in the past, Terence would only have shown pity and love, but now he coldly threw her to the ground, and the crimson in his eyes lingered.
“Don’t appear in front of me again in the future!”
“I owe Amanda, and when she comes back, I want you to repay her double!”
Abigail was lying on the ground, coughing and gasping for breath, as if that sense of impending death was still lingering in her mind.
Upon hearing his heartless words, she wanted to show her vulnerability, but was stopped by fear, and could only stare as he made a phone call and left.
“Get me a ticket to Paris, as soon as possible!”
