Chapter 2
I came home very late, and for the first time, Cassian didn’t treat me with indifference. Instead, he showed a bit of tenderness toward me.
However, the lipstick stains on the glass that wasn’t mine and the underwear scattered between the sofa cushions still burned my eyes.
“Didn’t you always want to touch me? It’s been five years. I can’t believe you’ve never wanted to at all.”
I turned around in surprise and met his gaze, noticing a faint redness slowly forming at the corners of his eyes.
But remembering the crude remarks he made to his friends, I quickly looked away.
“I’m exhausted, I need to rest.”
When Cassian heard me declining, the desire in his eyes quickly disappeared, replaced by irritation. “You used to beg me to sleep with you. What’s this now? Don’t forget, you’re my wife. Be good.”
With that, he shoved me against the wall and stripped me of all my clothes, leaving me exposed.
I gasped, but at the next moment, he pushed me into the main room. He stayed outside, locking the door behind me.
He coldly told me, “I have other things to do, you stay there alone for the night.”
I searched the entire room but couldn’t find anything to wear. Even the sheets and curtains were gone.

Just when I thought it didn’t matter that I was naked in the room, a blinding glint from a telescope across the street caught my eye. Several men in the opposite villa were fighting to take turns peering through it.
“That’s Jocelyn Yount, the one who auctioned her virginity. Thanks to Cassian for letting us inspect the ‘product‘ first so we can offer a better price later. Incredible!”
“Let me see, let me see. Wow, she’s gorgeous. But I wonder if I can outbid those rich guys. The ones at the auction are all powerful and wealthy people.”
“Whether we get her or not is another question. For now, we can just enjoy the view. Hahaha, we’re not losing anything!”

As their filthy words filtered into my cars, I curled up in a corner, trying to shield myself and shaking with fear.
Downstairs, Cassian wasn’t idle either. From what I overheard, it was clear he was tangled up with Emily.
“Jocelyn actually thought I wanted her. Didn’t you see the look in her eyes? It was like she wanted to devour me. She’s disgusting.”
I could hear disinfectant being sprayed as they spoke.
“Don’t worry, Emily, you’re the only one who can have me. I won’t let myself get tainted.”
Then, the sounds coming from downstairs grew more unbearable.

I wrapped my arms around myself, feeling emotionally drained. No matter how many eyes were on me, I stayed numb, unaffected.
It wasn’t until late at night that Cassian unlocked the door, acting like nothing was out of the ordinary, and calmly said, “I got so caught up in work, I completely forgot about you. Hurry up and put this on, or you’ll get sick.”
He threw a bathrobe at me impatiently, as though just looking at me would somehow tarnish his eyes.
I quickly covered myself with the bathrobe, but the chill on my skin didn’t fade.
Cassian glanced at his phone and muttered, “That’s odd, Grandma’s illness hasn’t improved, so why would she want to be discharged from the hospital?”
I gave a half–hearted excuse. “Maybe she just feels a bit uncomfortable and wants some fresh air.”
Right after, his phone buzzed again. In that instant, I caught a glimpse of a glaring message. “Cassian, the nude video worked! A wealthy man paid. 500 thousand dollars upfront, but he’s in his seventies. Jocelyn’s virginity is gonna be a real treat! Hahaha!”
That’s when I noticed a hidden camera in the room, one that was capable. of streaming everything live.
