Chapter 14
The smell of disinfectant water was like a needle piercing into the temple. When Sienna opened her eyes. Robert was waving a piece of report paper in front of her with tweezers.
As the paper brushed against her eyelashes, she saw the red stamp that read “99.99% homogeneity,” just like the love bite Lewis had left on her. collarbone years ago.
“Surprised or not?”
Robert’s lenses reflected a cold light. “The frozen eggs your mother used back then –”
He suddenly lifted up the hem of her patient gown and poked his fingertip on the faint blue birthmark on her waist. “This is not a fancy, it’s the branding of a test–tube baby’s identification number.”
The loud sound of the ward door being kicked open startled the sparrows outside the window.
The hem of Lewis’s white coat was still speckled with snowflakes, and there was a bright and striking lipstick mark on the cuff.
It is completely consistent with the lipstick shade Tracy took a selfie with yesterday.
“Sienna…”
He reached out to touch the back of her hand where the IV was.
Sienna suddenly grabbed the metal IV stand, the cold frame pressing against her Adam’s apple. “The third layer of your study safe, it’s locked

with Tracy’s blood transfusion records, right?”
Her voice was hoarse as if it had been rubbed with sandpaper. “Three years ago, you said the disaster area was in need of blood, and you took 400cc from me but it was actually for your beloved white moonlight’s survival?”
Lewis’s Adam’s apple rolled under the brace.
This angle she was too familiar with, last night when he buried himself in her neck and gasped, the protruding Adam’s apple brushed against her
artery.
The corridor suddenly echoed with the crisp sound of high heels, mixed with the live streaming notification sound: “Thank you for the gifts. everyone sent!”
Tracy burst in, holding a selfie stick, with an LV scarf loosely tied, revealing a fresh TH tattoo on her collarbone. “Lewis, look at them–”
The sound abruptly stopped.
She stared at the birthmark on Sienna’s waist, her face pale even with foundation.
“Arrived just in time.”
Sienna removed the indwelling needle, and blood droplets splattered onto the DNA report, leaving a red mark on the word “Tracy.” “I heard that Ms. Hudson had kidney failure,” she said.
Her fingertips traced her own neck, “How much is this head worth? Enough to exchange for a few kidneys from you?”
Robert suddenly laughed out loud.
He took out a transparent bag and shook it. Inside was a dried blood bag.

“Coincidentally, while tidying up Mr. Mcclure’s study yesterday, I found
this.”
The bag label was magnified by the magnifying glass, it was Sienna’s birthday that day.
Lewis suddenly lunged to rob, but was hit in the knee by Sienna with an IV stand.
When he knelt down, a velvet box fell out of the inner pocket of his suit.
It was at the auction last week when he bought the pink diamond ring for Tracy.
“Lewis!”
Tracy pounced to pick up the ring, and her manicure split on the ceramic tile.
She suddenly clutched her chest and convulsed, and on her wrist was a hospital bracelet that read “Renal Transplant Department.”
Sienna stepped barefoot onto the diamond ring.
Under the crystal lamp, the veins on her instep still bore the bruising from the blood draw. “Truly touching, one stole my blood, the other stole my face.”
She suddenly grabbed Tracy’s scarf and said, “Was it enjoyable to seduce him with my face all these years?”
In the sound of fabric tearing, more TH tattoos were revealed on Tracy’s neck.
Lewis suddenly rushed over, but froze upon meeting Sienna’s gaze.
That was a fierceness he had never seen before, like a mother beast driven

to the brink.
“Alarm! Call the police quickly!”
Tracy’s live stream was still on, and the barrage of comments crazily flooded with “Go die, homewrecker.
She suddenly grabbed a fruit knife and held it against her own neck. “Sienna wants to kill me!”
Sienna laughed even more brightly.
She pulled open her hospital gown, revealing her lower back where a string of Peruvian words were tattooed, the same words Lewis had spoken years ago.
At this moment, it was soaked in blood, like a grim scar.
“See clearly, your Mr. Mcclure even copied love words for Tracy.”
She threw the blood–stained DNA report in front of the camera. “Do you need me to translate? My Tracy is a unique star.”
Lewis suddenly trembled violently.
He remembered three years ago when Sienna pestered him to learn Spanish, as it turned out she had already understood the love letter he gave to Tracy.
The lingering whispers in those nights were nothing but using her ears to practice confession.
When the sound of a siren came from the hallway, Sienna had already changed into her own clothes.
She threw the patient’s gown into the trash can, revealing a large area of bruising on her back.

When the car accident happened last week, Lewis stayed with Tracy and protected her from getting injured.
“Ms. Winters needed to undergo an injury assessment…”
The nurse’s words were interrupted by the sound of a slammed door.
When Lewis reached the elevator door, he only caught a hint of orange blossom scent.
In the cold wind of the secure passage, his phone lit up with a special attention notification.
Sienna’s recent Instagram post was a photo of a bonfire, with the ashes faintly revealing a wedding dress design sketch. The date on the sketch was the same day Tracy returned to her home country.
