Chapter 11
Harley spent a day in the library at school.
I left only when it was getting dark.
The campus of Stanford University was beautiful, and it was the height of summer. Harley walked along the road and could still hear the cicadas. chirping.
As Harley passed by a small garden, he suddenly heard voices arguing inside.
She thought it was just a normal argument, but the next second, she heard a triumphant female voice.
“Can you guys do it? Three people can’t even beat one person. Quickly hold him down for me, I want to take his picture and ruin his reputation.”
Realizing something was wrong, without much thought, Harley ran to the nearby storage room and grabbed a broom, then rushed into the small
grove.
“Everyone, stop right there.”
The crowd was startled by Harley’s sudden arrival and stood frozen in place, while Harley also realized that the person surrounded by the crowd was none other than Harold.
“Harold?”
Three strong men surrounded him, eager to make a move, while a
beautiful woman stood on the side holding a camera, amusingly watching the scene in front of her.

you didn’t have to.”
Harold shook his head..
“There was nothing that couldn’t be said.”
That girl was the daughter of a school professor. She had wanted to study with Professor Galvan before, but Professor Galvan didn’t accept her and instead accepted me.
“Probably from childhood to adulthood, she was always excellent, never competing for the top spot, which made her feel uncomfortable. After that, she secretly targeted me.”
Harley thoughtfully touched his chin.
“Didn’t you report the situation to the school?”
Harold seemed a bit helpless.
“I have said it before, but it didn’t work. I don’t want to bother Professor Galvan, and I thought her hostility was only temporary, but I didn’t expect it to escalate this time.”
“Sorry, I made you a laughingstock.”
Harley quickly waved his hand.
“It’s okay, Harold has helped me a lot before, so this time it was just a small favor for me.”
“I accompanied Harold to Professor Galvan’s place to explain the situation.”
Her recent behavior was a bit excessive, and it wouldn’t be a good thing. for anyone if she doesn’t repent in time.

Harold nodded and gave Harley a grateful smile.
“Thank you, Harley, you were very brave.”
Harley paused for a moment.
Was she brave? Maybe.
After all, she had lived two lifetimes, and she had to gather the courage to break free from the tragic experiences of her past life.
