Chapter 1
When my dad once again used dirty tricks to force me into marry that idiot from the Bradley family, I agreed.
“Carl, I can marry him, but I have conditions.”
I hadn’t called him Dad since I was ten, because he had never acknowledged my mom as his legitimate wife, nor me as his eldest daughter.
For once, he smiled at me with what seemed like genuine warmth. “I know it’s unfair to have you marry an idiot. Tell me what you want- anything.”
“First, after the marriage, you’ll sign a document severing our legal relationship. It doesn’t need to be public, but it must be signed.
“Second, I’m taking all of my mother’s dowry with me.
“Third, convert 30% of the Sullivan family’s shares into cash for me, and appoint Jackson as Vice CEO.
His face darkened, and he practically blew his mustache in anger. “I get that you’re still hung up on that guy and want to help him climb the ladder, but what gives you the right to take so much money? Thirty percent of the shares are at least over a hundred million!”
I snorted coldly. “Then I won’t marry that idiot. Let your precious daughter do it instead.”
In the end, he gritted his teeth and agreed.

Chapter 1
“Marriage in seven days! You can’t back out!”
Of course, I wouldn’t. Better to amuse a simpleton than be surrounded by wolves.
I had already lost all hope in love, even with Jackson Fletcher.
Pushing him into power was simply because he was the only shark ruthless enough to clean up this den of piranhas.
After leaving the Sullivan’s residence, I returned to the rented. apartment near my company.
Four years ago, Carl Sullivan called me back to work at Sullivan Group. I thought he finally cared about our familial bond..
So I worked hard for the company, only for him to personally throw me into prison for over a year.
It wasn’t until I stood in the courtroom that I realized he never saw me
as family, not even as a person.
He brought me back into the finance department just to take the fall for the company’s illegal dealings.
Before I joined the company, that position had always belonged to Rosella Sullivan, the daughter of his and that mistress.
From that point on, I completely gave up on familial love in this world.
After getting out of prison, he gave me only 8,000 dollars as compensation.
He said I had a criminal record. If people knew I was living in the Sullivan’s residence, it would affect their reputation.

Chapter 1
I didn’t argue with him. I just asked to return to work at Sullivan Group.
I knew that someone like me, who had been to prison, had no chance of finding a decent job to support herself.
I didn’t want to die yet–I wanted to live well and wait to see Carl and his whole family get what they deserved.
I believed that God was watching and that no evildoer could ever escape judgment.
I just didn’t expect him to trip me up again.
In order to win a bid, he didn’t hesitate to agree to marry off his daughter to the second son of the Bradley family–an idiot.
When I heard the news, I had a gut feeling he was coming for me.
Sure enough, a few days later, he came to me and asked me to marry the idiot on behalf of Rosella.
“Carl, do you think the Bradley family is all idiots?
“You’ve never publicly acknowledged me as your daughter, and I’ve even been to prison. They want a Sullivan family heiress–aren’t you. afraid they’ll come after you when they find out you sent me instead?”
“Oh, my dear daughter. Just help me this one last time. I’ll explain everything to them privately.”
I strongly refused, so he started using every trick in the book–he even had people dig up my mom’s grave.
And he threatened me, saying that if I didn’t agree, he’d scatter my
