Jessica sneered, “Josie? She had long been part of the Acker family!”
Adam hung up the phone, before Jessica could react, she was slapped hard on the left side of her face.
She was incredulous, “You hit me? Adam, you actually hit me? Are you crazy!”
Adam’s hand rested on her neck as he spoke slowly, “I’ll ask you one last time, where is Josie?”
Jessica suddenly laughed and spat out the blood in her mouth, “You didn’t fall in love with her, did you?”
She looked at Adam and said, “You only liked her because of me, and now that I’m back, why are you still paying attention to her? Stop fooling yourself, Adam!”
“Okay, great, Adam smiled and left the person in the warehouse.”
“You ask Kendall about the pdf first, I will go find Josie. Once you get the result, send it to me. You can arrange them as you wish.”
After finishing explaining to Ivan, Adam rushed out.
