Caroline finally understood why Kelly hated herself so much.
The more she hated, the more it indicated that the Kelly from the past did not succeed in gaining Joshua’s love.
Caroline didn’t know what happened in her past life after she died, but from Kelly’s hatred towards her, Caroline could also infer some things.

Caroline didn’t go to the hospital again, but went straight home..
She couldn’t face Joshua for the time being, let alone face herself.
