Chapter 4
George’s words were decisive. The hospital room immediately fell into an eerie silence.
Jaxon frowned deeply, saying with disgust: “What do you mean? Is Olivia really a mental patient? Then you should definitely lock her up. What are you hesitating for?”
George glanced at me but said nothing.
I smiled slowly and said: “Dr. Black, it’s been a while.”
George smiled slightly and said helplessly: “Olivia, how have you been these past two years?”
I thought for a moment and said: “I was doing okay before. But six months ago, my parents found me. After that, my life became… well, what it is now. As for today, I’m very unhappy.”
By the end, my tone unconsciously grew darker.
George frowned tightly, looked around, then suddenly asked me: “Where’s your Rolly? Why didn’t you bring him?”
I looked at him coldly: “Rolly was killed by them.”
George took a deep breath, then turned to look at Sophie and the other two: “You killed her therapy dog?”

Jaxon seemed impatient: “What therapy dog? It was just a dog. So what if I killed it? Just take Olivia back to the mental hospital. Having a lunatic like her running around is your problem.”
George said loudly: “That wasn’t an ordinary dog–it was a service animal, specifically trained to treat mental patients.”
But Rosie’s voice was even louder: “What are you talking about? Mental patients should be locked up. What good is a dog? My daughter was injured by this mental patient.”
George couldn’t help but retort: “You killed her dog, of course she would have an episode. You got what you deserved.”
Both Jaxon and Rosie’s faces looked terrible.
At this moment, Sophie put on a pitying yet considerate expression and said: “You and Olivia knew each other before, didn’t you? You seem to have a good relationship. But there’s something I don’t understand. If Olivia’s condition is so severe, why was she able to be discharged in the first place? And she’s been back at the Thomson mansion for six months now–we’ve never heard her mention you.”
Her words were loaded with meaning. Everyone present became
serious.
But George said with a twisted expression: “You don’t understand anything. After getting Rolly, her condition had

been under control for a long time. And it’s a good thing she didn’t remember me.”
I let out a cold laugh, and George’s body trembled slightly.
Jaxon finally said: “Either way, just take her away. I don’t want. to see her again.”
George was obviously conflicted. On one hand, he didn’t want to admit me; on the other hand, he had to follow protocol.
I said to him: “Dr. Black, I’m willing to cooperate with testing.”
your
He looked at me with some surprise, clearly not believing I could
pass the test.
I just smiled at George. What he didn’t know was that I was incredibly calm right now.
George gritted his teeth and said: “Alright, then I’ll conduct a test for you.”
Soon, I completed the mental health assessment.
Looking at the test results, George was obviously relieved: “Your condition is indeed under control and doesn’t meet the criteria for admission.”
Rosie snatched the test results from his hands and said

skeptically: “She’s a lunatic. She not only destroyed our entire house but also injured my daughter’s hand.”
Sophie covered her bandaged hand and said dejectedly: “Olivia, I know you don’t like me. This is all my fault. I even almost got you sent to a mental hospital.”
As she spoke, she collapsed back onto the bed with a pained expression.
Jaxon and Rosie immediately rushed over to check on her with
concern.
Then Jaxon angrily accused me: “Just you wait. Even if I can’t get you committed to a mental hospital, I’m going to kick you out of my house.”
I smiled meaningfully and said: “Is that so? I bet you’ll regret that very soon.”
An hour later, Jaxon stormed back to the Thomson mansion, his face dark: “Olivia, you lunatic!”
