An hour ago, I returned to the Thompson mansion alone, while Jackson and Rosie were still at the hospital with Sophie.
I picked up Rory’s body parts piece by piece from the debris. scattered across the floor, and finally found its collar in the trash
can.
I removed the storage card from the collar’s camera and found the last footage of Rory before its death.
In the footage, Sophie looked down at Rory condescendingly and told Jackson she wanted to eat dog barbecue.
They fed Rory dog food laced with sedatives, then easily dismembered it.
Sophie was the first to strike, not Jackson. She held a knife and stabbed Rory repeatedly. At that moment, Rory was still conscious, helplessly whimpering.
Its limbs, abdomen, and neck were all slashed with bloody wounds.

After watching the video, Jackson stormed into the Thompson mansion in fury.
He roared at me like an enraged lion, “Olivia, where did you get this video? You psychopath! We’re your father and sister.
“I brought you back, treated you exceptionally well, gave you everything Sophie has. What more could you possibly want? You actually did this over a dog.”
I looked at him and sneered, “Now, which one of us looks more like a psychopath?”
Sophie had returned too. I guessed she was afraid of being recognized at the hospital.
She said, “Olivia, do you know this will affect Dad’s company? I apologize to you. I’m sorry I caused your dog’s death. Please delete the video and don’t drag Dad into this, okay?”
Rosie hugged Sophie protectively. “You’re such a silly child. This isn’t your fault. We’ll handle this matter.”
The look in her eyes when she gazed at me no longer held the joy from our first meeting, only anger.

I held up two fingers. “If you want me to cooperate in clarifying this video, you need to agree to two demands. First, I want ten million dollars. Second, I want to continue living in the Thompson mansion.”
Rosie sneered, “I never realized you were so materialistic. What have you been pretending to be all this time?”
Sophie said fearfully, “Dad, I’m scared. What if Olivia has another episode at home? What should we do?”
I looked at her impatiently and sneered, “As long as you don’t provoke me, it’ll be fine. After all, I’m a psychopath. Even if I killed someone, I wouldn’t be held accountable.”
In the end, the deal was completed because three different groups had already contacted them asking about the dog–killing video.
Half a day later, I posted a statement on my account as a
member of the Thompson family, explaining that this was just a horror script I had filmed, and that Jackson and Sophie had been acting throughout to help me perform.
