To show off her life’s highlight moment, Sophie livestreamed during the equity transfer. As a result, the scene went viral online, and Sophie’s social media accounts were the first to face boycolls.
To maintain her image as beautiful and kind, she had participated in many charity activities, many of which were related to animal protection. But now, Sophie herself was exposed for animal cruelty, and her previous video of killing Rolly was determined to be real, not scripted.
In an instant, countless cat and dog lovers came to condemn her, and her accounts were nearly banned. Sophie became an animal abuser, and Thomson Group was about to start having problems
too.
The stock price drop was just a signal. Jaxon’s affair and

At night, the person frantically throwing things and screaming was finally no longer me, but the other three. Among them, Rosie, who faced the least public criticism, actually had the worst mental state. She no longer maintained her skincare routine or went out shopping and having fun, but instead ran around the Thomson mansion in her nightgown.
Jaxon’s opponents wouldn’t miss any chance to destroy him.
After being injured in the head by something Rosie threw during an argument, Jaxon asked me viciously, “Your mother never went crazy like this before. Did you do this? You want this family to never have peace.”
I said in surprise, “I’ve only heard that mental illness can be inherited by the next generation, not that it’s contagious.”
Jaxon froze, his expression becoming serious.
I smiled and said, “Dad, haven’t you thought about it? If you don’t have a family history of mental illness, where did my mental illness come from? Mom didn’t have episodes for so many years. Why did she suddenly start having them recently? It’s all because of your affair.”
“Shut up!” Jaxon roared, his eyes filled with bloodshot veins. “I only love her. I was just playing around with other women.”

Because his career and life were a mess, Jaxon shouted at Rosie one night, “You’re a lunatic too! Not only did you give birth to a little lunatic, but you’re also here to torment me. You should all be locked up in a mental hospital!”
The next morning, Rosie got up, but I didn’t see Jaxon, who should have left for work. Then Sophie let out a scream, and I quickly ran over to look.
Jaxon was lying in bed, dead for several hours already.
The police arrived quickly and took away Rosie and the body. It was said that Rosie directly confessed to her crime. Because Jaxon had an affair and said he would send her to a mental hospital, she was filled with resentment, so she smothered him with a pillow in the middle of the night.
I went to see Rosie once. When she looked at me, her eyes were filled with hatred.
She roared, “This is all because of you, you bitch, you lunatic! After I abandoned you back then, I should never have brought you back. I thought you hadn’t developed the illness, but I didn’t expect you were lying to me all along.”
So it turned out that my childhood disappearance wasn’t an accident, but she had abandoned me because she was afraid I would inherit the mental illness genes.
I smiled and said, “I put my medication in the bedside drawer.

Rolly was my therapy dog. You never cared about me. How can you blame me for hiding it from you?”
Rosie’s eyes bulged, and she clenched her teeth tightly. “Just you wait! I’m a mental patient, I won’t go to prison.”
I nodded. “True. But you’ll be locked up in a mental hospital. However, I have connections there. If you need it, I can also make Sophie’s fake depression real and have her go in to keep you company.”
“Olivia!” Her expression was ferocious.
I didn’t look at her anymore and left directly.

Because Jaxon was dead and Thomson Group was on the of bankruptcy, the Thomson mansion was mortgaged, and Sophie stood outside the door, looking extremely exhausted.
When she saw me, she changed her attitude. “Olivia, Dad and Mom are both gone. Now I only have you. Please help me, okay? I’m willing to give you all my shares.”
Holding Rolly’s urn, I said, “Okay. Then apologize to Rolly.”
Sophie gritted her teeth, then said, “It was my fault. I was wrong, Olivia. I have nothing left. As long as you give me money, I’ll do whatever you want.”
But I ignored her, holding the urn and preparing to leave.

I said coldly. “Because I have mental illness, do you think my intelligence is also lacking? The shares now are just a curse. You can keep them yourself.”
I looked coldly at Sophie as she collapsed to the ground in despair, then left without hesitation.
Sophie had no means of survival, and everyone avoided her. Soon after, I heard she ended up on the streets and was bitten to death while fighting with stray dogs for food.
I didn’t hold any memorial service for her, but bought some flowers to pay respects to Rolly.
On the way, a Labrador ran over, circled around me, and desperately clawed at my pants. I froze.
It sat on the ground, extended both paws to me, then looked at me with those wet eyes. Every time I was sad, Rolly would do this gesture.
I bit my lower lip tightly and reached out to hold its paws.
I asked, “Little dog, would you like to come home with me?”
