Julia’s POV
The moment I opened my eyes, I found myself in a room. A dull throbbing pounded at the back of my head as I blinked to steady my view. My body felt sluggish and uncooperative the moment I tried to move my head. Immediately, I remember what happened. How I went to defend Isabella and ended up being forced to drink for Alex and on my way out, I had slumped while going to get Bella’s coat. I tried to sit up, but a heavy dizziness crashed over me, making the room spin and immediately, I held onto my head. Nothing was making sense to me. Where was i and how did I get here?
I forced myself upright, heart hammering as I scanned the room. It looked like a luxury hotel room. Both the windows and doors were locked. I looked around but couldn’t find my phone.
Suddenly, the door creaked open.
Someone stepped inside. I was shocked to see it was Jude. His presence made my skin crawl in anger. His eyes raked over me, a slow smirk pulling at his lips.
“You’re awake,” he mused, shutting the door behind him.
swallowed hard, trying to steady my voice. “What did you do to me and why am I here?” My voice was low and weak.
He chuckled. “I’ll answer your questions.” He smiled, stepping forward. “First, you acted so brave. Gulping all those alcohol without any hesitations. He bent low towards me as he removed a strand of my messy hair from my face.
“Pretty.” His hands then moved to the side of my face, caressing it gently as I flinched, shutting my eyes in disgust to his touch.
“Get your hands off me.” My voice came more like a whisper..
“Come on, don’t act so surprised. You had to have known how pretty you are.” He moved his face closer, and I instinctively shrank back against the headboard. “Ever since I first laid my eyes on you as Alex’s Fiancée. I couldn’t stop thinking about what it would be like to have you under me. To taste you.” He paused and then continued. “I knew you would refuse me and that’s why I made it easy through the drink.”
My stomach churned in disgust. “You drugged me.”
His smirk deepened. “Well, Alex made it easy, didn’t he? He doesn’t give a damn about you. Said so himself. A woman like you, left all alone.__it was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.”
Rage and fear warred inside me even though I didn’t have the energy to react.
“I won’t go hard.” He added.
My head was spinning. My limbs felt sluggish and heavy, unresponsive like my body wasn’t fully my own. Whatever Jude had slipped into my drink was still coursing through me, dulling my strength, making every movement a struggle.
I saw the wicked smile curve out his lips as he observed how weak I looked.
He placed his hand on my thigh and moved them slowly while trying to feel my sling through my dress.
“Don’t,” I pleaded, my voice barely more than a whisper. “Please, don’t…”
He smirked, tilting his head as if considering my words, then gave a lazy shrug. “Relax. I’ll take it easy on you.”
Terror clawed at my throat.
I wanted to move, to run, to scream but my legs wouldn’t cooperate. My body was betraying me, weighed down by the drug he had used to make this easier for him.
I clenched my jaw, trying to fight against the haze clouding my mind. I wasn’t just going to let this happen.
Jude reached out, his fingers brushing the bare skin near my cleavage. I snapped.
“Don’t touch me!” I yelled, using every ounce of strength I had left.
“No one would hear you.” His statement came with a mocking laugh.
I gagged, my skin burning where he touched, every nerve screaming in protest. My breath came in ragged gasps as I struggled agalist him, but he barely budged
“Alex is right. Your body is indeed worth it. And I want to thank him for his generosity.”
Before I could react, he was on top of me, his weight pinning me down. I used my weak hands, pushing him to get off me but to no avail. He

was more powerful than I was. He held my both hands upwards and used his other hand to grab my jaw.
“Don’t fight it,” he breathed against my face, his hands roaming lower. “You’ll enjoy it soon enough.”
I never thought I’d have to fight for my life like this. Bead of sweat was already dripping off my body. My hair on the other hand was a mess. Scattered as it stuck to my wet skin while it covered part of my face.
Jude had always been aggressive, too handsy, always taunting me alongside Alex but I never thought he’d take it this far.
I continued to twist my body, trying to break free.
His hand fisted in my hair as he sneered, “C’mon, don’t make this difficult.”
My heart pounded so hard it hurt. I could smell the alcohol on his breath, feel the disgusting heat of his body pressing against me. My stomach churned with pure revulsion.
I clenched my fists, ignoring how weak my body felt, I bit his chick the moment his lips tried brushing against my jaw and then he let out a loud scream but still didn’t let go of me.
Just in time, I remembered I had learned boxing in my past life, forced into it by Alex, who refused to keep bodyguards and explained it was my duty to protect him. Those were one of the ways I was humiliated by him. Due to the love I had for him, I accepted to learn it and most times, I would come home with bruises from the boxing training and all he would do was laugh at me and sometimes takes a photo of my injured face and send to his friends and at the end, it will be posted on all social media and nuisance would always comment, saying how I sold my self worth to the wrong man, Alex but I overlooked.
But that was then. In this life, I never trained boxing. I only have the knowledge imprinted in my mind, uncertain if my body will remember what to do right now to defend myself. But I wanted to try, this was my last hope.
“I’ll help you feel like a woman.” Jude’s hand moved towards the waistband of my underwear as he tried to rip it off. In a swift motion, I slammed my knee into his groin, kicking it with all the energy I gathered.
