In that instant, Chad suddenly understood everything!
I saved the chat records and evidence from the group, then turned to send them to my advisor. Looking up at Chad, I said, “I’m submitting the evidence of you leading the cyberbullying against me to your teachers. How they handle it is up to the school.”
After saying this, I put away my phone, ready to go back and settle accounts with Stacy.
But Chad suddenly grabbed my hand: “Valkyrie–no, Liv, that’s not what I meant! The person I’ve always hated was that fat pig, not you! I was deceived too, that’s why I treated you that way! These five guys were members of “Eat Till You Drop.”
Seeing this, Chad frowned and said coldly, “This is between her and me. It’s none of your business. Get lost.”
“Can’t you see how much she despises you? You’ve got some
thick skin there.”
After saying this, they turned to me: “Girl, you go ahead. We’ll hold this idiot back for you.”
I thanked them and hurried away.
