We sat outside on the patio; I could see the way He was looking at Layla. Her eyes were searching.
“Oh, wait, I remember! Mal, you were getting married, right? Did you guys get married?” Layla asked.
“Yes, we got married. You were there, and so was everyone. Dean was best man, and you were maid of honor.” Mallory said.
Then where are your wedding pictures?” Layla asked.
“Layla, don’t push yourself to remember everything.” I said, looking at her.
“Fine. How did I end up here with you guys?” she asked.
“Okay, I think that’s enough questions for now, Layla, You just got back; give li some time, Andrew said, looking at her.
“But I’m fine. I am. I just feel like I’m missing a lot because I can’t remember,” she said quietly.
J–Maybe it’s best this way, Layls. Maybe remembering might not do much good but may cause your health to deteriorate,” Rea said.
“Maybe,” Layla said, smiling at her.
From where I was sitting, I could re Ren and the way she was sitting. She kept trying to touch Aleck, but he kept moving. She was going all out. Layla, Nella, and Chris were talking about the island. I saw Mallory looking at me with raised eyebrows, so I looked towards Rea and Aleck and then looked under the patio table.
She looked where I was looking and saw it. She stood up, grabbed Rea, and pulled her into the kitchen.
“What’s going on? Where are they going?” Nella asked.

Even though I was talking to Chris and Andrew, I was still looking at her. I’looked and saw it. The table was glass; everyone could see it, but maybe she didn’t realize we could see if we watched them. I wasn’t worried about it because I knew Aleck–when they say something, they mean it. I figured Mal saw; that’s why she took her into the inchen.
They came back ten minutes later and didn’t say anything. Mallory sat back down, but Res didn’t.
“Aleck, can I talk to you for a minute?” she asked him
“Now?” he asked.
“Yes, it’s important, please,” she said, trying to sound cute. He stood up and walked into the house, and she followed him. The minute they disappeared around the corner, Mallory, Nella, Chris, and Andrew went into the house. Dean sat looking at me.
“Aren’t
you going to follow them?” I asked him as I stretched my hand out and fondled him through his jeans. He groaned and grabbed my hand.
“I don’t need to, they’ll tell jur. Besides, I can have fun with you,” he said as he slid his hand up my thigh and under my dress.
**Dean, sonwone can walk out any inument,” I said.
“I can see them before they see us,” he said as he and his finger into me. “Oh God,”
“You’re already wet, princess,” he said as he added a second linger. “Dean,” I whispered breathlessly. Suddenly he pulled Mallory and the others coming. He walked into the house as the others came and took their seats.

The morning when they told us they were together, I cried in my apartment. I was so heartbroken and gutted. Why did they love her? Why her? What was so special about her? I should have fucking killed her, but Mallory came at the same time. Furk. Doesn’t matter, I’ll get rid of her. If only I could find out who the stalker was. If I knew, maybe I could use them to get rid of her for me, and my hands would be clean.
I knew what to do. I couldn’t help but smile, I had just the right iden on what to do to her. I grabbed my phone from my hag and dialed the number. He would handle it; I’ll need to watch her first and be careful. I need to get rid of her before she remembers anything.
She was facking insane. She dragged me inside to ask me if I thought about what she said. When I said no, she hesically professed her love. What the fuck? I headed back outside and passed Dean. He stopped and looked at me. So, I told him what happened with Res. We headed back outside and sat with the others. I told them what happened, and no surprise, they followed us.
“I didn’t think she would be so bold,” Andrew said.
“When I took her into the kitchen, I asked her what the bell she was doing touching Aleck like that. She said, in her words verbatim, ‘What, I’m shooting my shot. Don’t tell me you wouldn’t have done that too, It’s Dean and Aleck–who wouldn’t want to be with either of them?
“I asked her how she could do that, knowing full well that the three of you are in a relationship. She said at this moment that you’re not, because Layla doesn’t remember: that means you’re free for the taking. That I should just shut up and mind my own business, to go back to my second choice of a husband and stop bothering her,” Mallory said, looking at us
“She said that to you?” I asked her..
“Yes, she did. That’s why I came back and didn’t say anything.”
I looked at Layla. “She’s not coming back to this house. This is done. This game that you want to play with her ends right now. We’ll deal with her ourselves. No arguing. Layla,” I said. She looked like she wanted to say something, but I saw Mallory touch her,
“Okay,” the answered quietly.

“Keep tabs on Rea Kingsley Her phone, everything.”

The others left later that evening after dinner. She was sitting outside on the patio quietly. I went and sat next to her. “Where’s Dean?”
“I don’t know. He left, saying he needed to prepare something.”
