When Zackary received the message, he was in a meeting
He has been spending a lot of time in the hospital these days, which has caused him to miss out on many
on many things.
Looking at Arabella’s inexplicable text message, I thought she was jealous again and deleted it without thinking
“Mr. Jefferson, does the new regional manager still need you to personally review it?”
He waved his hand to signal but inexplicably felt that the title was familiar, but he didn’t have time to investigate further.
After Daisy fainted last time, he didn’t have time to visit her properly.
I just wanted to finish the meeting as soon as possible, at least to apologize to the little guy.
He didn’t dislike Daisy. He could even be called fond of her.
Every time he saw Daisy, he would be reminded of that night he couldn’t control.
He hated being out of control.
After the meeting, Zackary temporarily postponed unimportant matters and headed straight to the hospital.
But first, I ran into Gina in the hospital lobby.
“Zackary, what should we do? The hospital hasn’t found a suitable match yet, but they said we can use Daisy’s blood for now.”
She looked bewildered.
She brought Rosa back this time to see a doctor,
Zackary always felt guilty about the girl he used to like, thinking that it was his lack of determination that made Gina waver and leave. So, he tried various ways to make it up to them
Upon hearing her words, he felt a bit uncomfortable for no apparent reason and nodded vaguely, saying, “I’ll go and ask.”
The bed was empty when the person left.
Zackary looked at the empty bed and asked the nurse, who informed him that the patient had already been discharged.
He felt a little panicked for no reason and hurried home to see what was going on.
The front door was replaced
Knocking on the door, there was construction going on inside.
The wall and the floor were smashed with pits and holes.
Zackary frowned, “Who are you? Why did you trespass into someone’s house?
It eventually escalated to the point where the police were called
Zackary didn’t calm down until he saw the new homeowner’s property deed.
The police couldn’t help but ask, “You didn’t even know that your wife sold the house?”
Zackary couldn’t answer this question.
He didn’t know.
This house, Arabella bought it herself.
Because he was unwilling to let them into his house.
He stood in front of the residential area, feeling both unfamiliar and lost
Sitting in the car, Zackary pulled out Arabella’s contact information.
All call records were incoining,
It was Arabella who always took care of everything.
