I methodically prepared for my move abroad, cutting myself off from anything Lennon–related. But Echo Summer’s rise was impossible to ignore.
They nailed their studio sessions and dropped their debut album to serious buzz. Lennon, with his killer voice and perfect face, instantly collected an army of obsessed fangirls.]
Meanwhile, the “Lennina” ship between him and Nina exploded online. As for why Nina “quit” then magically “returned“-well, that convenient little detail got swept under the rug.[]
Bottom line: the band blew up, and Nina transformed into campus royalty. She even started streaming on TikTok, all sweet smiles and innocent doe eyes, playing up this whole “authentic, no–filter” persona.[]
“Being the only girl in the band is honestly the best–I’m totally spoiled! The guys take such good care of me~“]
Chat started getting thirsty:[]

She giggled behind her hands:]

Then someone dropped:
“Doesn’t Lennon have a girlfriend though?”
Nina’s eyes lit up like she’d struck gossip gold, leaning in conspiratorially:[]

“Hmm… how do I put this…” Nina scrunched her face like she was choosing her words carefully.]
“You guys know Lennon’s just this sunny, lovable guy, right? Well, she was… kinda the opposite. Super paranoid? Like, constantly thinking people were trying to steal him.“]
“It was honestly exhausting. I felt so bad for Lennon sometimes.“]]
She sighed dramatically:]
And get this–she actually saw ME as a threat! Can you believe it? I literally quit the band to avoid drama. Couldn’t even be in the same room as Lennon.“]

Watching the hate pile up, Nina quickly played peacekeeper:
“Okay babies, let’s not drag some random person! Don’t go digging up old stuff–she’s just a regular girl. Let’s focus on our music instead, okay?”
