When we got to the restaurant, Milo was already waiting.
Seeing me walk in with Oliver, his face instantly changed.[]
“You… you two…“]
“What, big brother’s not welcome?” I said with a sweet smile.[]
Milo forced down his anger: “I asked you here to talk about us.“[]
“So?” I sat down.
“Big brother can’t be here? Shouldn’t he know what’s going on between you and his wife?“[]
Milo’s face got even uglier.[]
I kept stirring the pot.]]
“Or are you scared he’ll find out exactly when you started fucking his wife?“[]
“Rita Collins!” Milo slammed his hand on the table and shot up.
Oliver gave him one cold look: “Sit down.“]
Two simple words, but they completely dominated him and pressed Milo right back into his seat.]]
I was secretly cracking up inside. That’s some serious alpha energy right there.[]
I picked up my coffee cup: “So, what did you want to talk about?“[]
Milo took a deep breath: “The divorce. Let’s discuss it properly.“[]
I raised an eyebrow: “Discuss you leaving with nothing?“]
“You’re being ridiculous!“]
I laughed coldly: “Oh, so now I’m being ridiculous? What about when you were stabbing me in the back? What about when you were blowing our money on designer bags for Gina?“]
Milo was quiet for a moment, then suddenly his voice got self–righteous.[]
“You think you’re the only one with evidence?“]
I was confused for a second, then he pulled out his phone to show me photos.
Pictures of me and Oliver at the hotel entrance.[]
“You’re staying at the same hotel as my brother. What do you call that?“]
Milo said mockingly: “You’re accusing me of cheating, but what the hell are you doing?”

I almost burst out laughing. This was his trump card?]
I said slowly: “Milo, are you forgetting something?”
“What?”
“When Oliver and I stayed at the hotel, you were still my husband and Gina was still Oliver’s wife.” I smiled.[]
“But when you two were screwing around, that was straight–up adultery.“[]
Milo froze.
I kept twisting the knife.
“Even if Oliver and I really got together, it happened after you guys cheated. Who do you think the judge will have more sympathy for?”
Milo’s face turned ashen: “You… you bitch!“]
“Name–calling’s pretty lame.“[]
Oliver finally spoke up.
“You made your choices, now deal with the consequences.“]
I mentally applauded Oliver. Perfectly said.[]
“Bro… are you really gonna do this to me?” Milo’s tone softened.[]
“Do what to you?” Oliver shot back.[]
“Did I fuck your wife, or did I force you to cheat?“[]
Milo was completely speechless.[]
Watching him get shut down felt incredibly satisfying.]
I stood up: “If that’s all, we’re leaving.”
Milo just sat there looking completely stunned as we walked out.[]
In the car, Oliver asked: “Feel good?“]
I nodded: “Really good.”
“He’s gonna keep causing trouble.“]
I smiled: “That’s fine. I’ll shut him down every time until he’s too scared to try.”
Oliver glanced at me: “You’ve gotten pretty bold.“[]
“Not bad, right? I’ve got backup now.” I shrugged.]
Oliver didn’t say anything, just smiled slightly.
