Even wrapped up in that heavy jacket, he still looked intimidating as hell.[]
Those dark features, those intense eyes–completely an alpha about to unleash, absolutely terrifying.[]
“Everyone out! Now!“]]
He exploded.[]
I bolted for the door as fast as I could move.[]
Behind me came the crash of something expensive hitting the floor, Alpha Garrick’s yelling and Luna Rowena’s sobbing.
The sharp slap of hands connecting with Zethar’s face while he just stood there taking it, screaming.[]
“Get the fuck out!
Nobody asked you to come here! I don’t want to see any of you!”
I stopped at the doorway and turned back to watch this family trainwreck.[]
“Zethar.”
The entire room went dead silent.[]
His parents both whipped around to stare at me.
Zethar stood there in profile, completely frozen.[]
I could see his disheveled hair, his face all red and swollen.
“Don’t talk to Luna Rowena like that. Get your shit together and take care.“]
