Chapter 5
Darnell panicked, anxiously searching for my figure in the house.
“Kyra, Kyra, where were you, Kyra!”
There was no sign of my shadow in the house, so he hurriedly took out his phone and called me.
But when I tried to message him, I was informed that I had been blocked. He then tried to message me, only to discover that all contact information had been deleted and blocked.
The dream I had last night came rushing back to my mind, and Darnell turned pale. He quickly called for a doctor.
The doctors said they also didn’t know what was going on. After I told them not to disturb me while I was sleeping last night, they
haven’t entered this ward ever since.
It was not until the surveillance was checked that it was discovered that I had quietly left the hospital less than an hour after Darnell
left.
Darnell immediately became anxious and rushed home while calling the police.
As soon as he arrived home, he got out of the car and eagerly ran towards the house. He grabbed the servant on the way and asked, “Where is the madam? Has she returned?”
“Madam… she did come back yesterday, but she left again shortly after, saying she was just coming back to get something and then going back to the hospital,” the servant trembled and said, frightened by Darnell.
Darnell was about to say something when his gaze noticed the divorce agreement placed on the coffee table. He let go of the servant and walked over, trembling as he picked up the contract.
When he saw his name written on the last page, he froze as if his soul had been sucked away.
How is it possible? How could Kyra possibly divorce him? There must be some misunderstanding for sure!
Darnell angrily tore the divorce agreement into two halves and scattered them into the air.
“Go, immediately mobilize everyone for me, we must find the lady!”
Darnell sternly commanded the servant and then also rushed out of the living room.
No matter where Kyra went, he had to find her back!
