“D&C?” There was doubt in Braeden’s low voice.
The doctor explained. “D&C, well, dilation and curettage of the uterus, may be necessary because of fibroids in the uterus.”
Braeden said coldly, “Remove Angela’s uterus and send it to Valerie. Valerie’s eyes are swollen from crying. I can’t have her crying anymore. Complete the operation as soon as possible.”
“After the anesthesia is administered, we’ll need to wait an hour before the surgery can be performed.”
