She sat dazed in her leather chair, her heart a jumble of emotions.
She had had the chance to meet Gregory’s secretary once–a tall, stunningly beautiful woman.
Moreover, she was a top student from McLaughlin University–talented, beautiful, and highly capable.
She suddenly realized that the rumors about Gregory being indifferent to women were completely baseless.
Just because he didn’t date anyone didn’t mean he didn’t keep women around. For a workaholic like him, he probably didn’t want to waste energy on relationships, so he would just keep a few lovers to satisfy his physical needs.

She saw Timothy sitting quietly on the sofa outside.
When he saw her come out, he immediately greeted her with a smile. “Lottie, done for the day? Oh, I should call you Ms. Lindsey now.”
Charlotte felt a bit annoyed and shot him a cold glance. “What are you doing here?”

“I was waiting for you to get off work. I wanted to invite you to dinner. Also, I’ve put together a streaming plan over the past few days. You might find it useful, and I’d like to go over it with you in detail over dinner.”
Charlotte was moved when she heard this. “Alright.”
“Let’s go eat at Gong Sheng Banquet. I’ve already reserved a window seat.”
“Okay, let’s go!” Charlotte agreed without hesitation.
She was in urgent need of a detailed and practical streaming plan right
now.
And in her previous life, Timothy had been a leading figure in this field, so of course she could make good use of him.
“By the way, did you get the flowers?”
Charlotte paused in her tracks, looking at him with even more disappointment. “Were the flowers from you?”
