Chapter 20
Ash was stunned. She raised her head and gazed up at Wesley.
Not only was she taken aback, but everyone in the room also wore expressions of shock at this moment.
“Ash? Could it be that this young man is related to Mr. Feron?”
“He is Ash Feron, the fifth son of the Feron family.” Wesley’s lips curled into a faint smile.
His gaze was sharp and commanding, daring anyone to underestimate him.
“Could he be the son of Mr. Feron’s aunt, Thea Feron?”
“No wonder he can hold a national art restorer level 1 certificate at such a young age. The male children of the Feron family are all exceptional individuals!”
“Yes, as soon as Mr. Ash entered the room, I have already sensed his extraordinary presence and regal aura.”
Everyone kept flattering Ash and smiling obsequiously.
Quinton, in particular, slapped his face and bowed. “Mr. Ash, I overstepped. My earlier remarks were mere jests, and I didn’t mean to belittle you in any way. If you like this painting, then it’s yours now.”
At this moment, Ash remained silent but was thinking about it.
Wesley was evidently trying to support her by publicly revealing her identity.
In light of this, she didn’t want to disappoint her brother Wesley’s good intentions.
“Alright, I’ll take the painting.”
Ash nodded and gestured for the waiter to take away the framed painting.
Quinton felt a bit reluctant. The painting was worth over 20 million dollars, but he had to give it to this youngster now!
However, his family business heavily relied on the Feron Group.
His family business would go on only when the Feron Group provided it with the resource.
So, even though he was about to suffer the loss of 20 million dollars, Quinton still forced a smile on his face.
“Mr. Hawk, antiques are like beauties, and those who understand them collect and cherish them, making them even more enchanting. For those who don’t, they’re like flowers stuck on cow dung. I hope you won’t be like that in the future.”
Ash spoke earnestly, looking at Quinton.
The crowd burst into laughter after hearing what Ash said.
They had to admit that it was a fitting metaphor since Quinton’s greasy and portly appearance indeed resembled a piece of dung.
Just moments ago, everyone had been laughing at Ash.
But at this moment, the focus had shifted entirely to Quinton.
However, Quinton didn’t dare to say anything about it. He bent his waist and replied, “You’re right, Mr. Ash. I won’t dabble in antiques anymore.”
Ash flashed an OK gesture and didn’t say anything more.
Standing tall and confident, Ash turned to leave, moving casually like a punk.
People glanced at her and then looked at Wesley, feeling that the contrast between her and Wesley was striking.
“Mr. Ash, where shall we hang this painting?” Vera asked, following Ash with excitement.
This painting was a unique edition, one of a kind in the world. It would infuse the entire place with style if hung in the Scenic Garden.
With her hands casually tucked into her pockets, Ash squinted her eyes and spoke indifferently. “Just sell it and then donate the money to the orphanage.”
“Alright,” Vera replied, not surprised by Ash’s words.

Chapter 20
Ash seemed withdrawn and cold, seemingly cold as if she had no feelings.
But in fact, she had a generous heart. She often donated substantial sums to the orphanage as soon as she had extra money.
Over the past few years, Ash estimated the total to be well over a hundred million dollars.
“Alright, everything is settled. I’m leaving now.” Ash raised two fingers in a lazy wave.
Not long after she stepped out of Scenic Garden, the phone in her pocket rang.
It was a call from an unfamiliar number.
“Hello?” Ash answered, her voice emanating a hint of coolness.
“Hello, this is the police station. Someone has filed a case against you. We request you to come to the station promptly.”
