She looked at Jerome coldly and then asked calmly, “So you only had this one encounter with Elsie, right?”
Upon hearing this, Jerome was initially taken aback, and then nodded. repeatedly, saying, “Yes, yes, yes, only this time.”
“Crystal, please forgive me. I knew I was wrong, and I will never dare to do it again.”
“And I was also a victim, Elsie drugged me. If Elsie hadn’t drugged me, I would never have done anything to betray you.”
Lies came out of his mouth.
Crystal’s gaze grew colder and colder. “Jerome, it’s already come to this, and you’re still deceiving me!”

The slap was extremely harsh, and a fresh red handprint immediately appeared on Jerome’s face.

Speaking, Jerome began to slap himself wildly
“I jerk! I am shameless! I am not human!” He slapped himself while cursing, “I betrayed my own promise, I am just an animal!”
One slap followed by another, Jerome quickly slapped himself until his face was covered in red handprints.
But he was not satisfied, and he started to slap even harder.
He seemed to want to make Crystal feel sorry for him through self- inflicted pain, in order to be forgiven.

Crystal, however, just watched coldly, neither speaking up to stop nor saying another word.
She let Jerome slap her face until it was covered in blood.
Finally, Jerome had slapped himself so many times that his face had become numb, and he couldn’t feel the pain anymore. Only then did he finally stop.
“Crystal, do you forgive me now?” Jerome knelt on the ground,
choking as he spoke, “If you don’t forgive me, then I will keep begging. keep begging until you forgive me!”
Crystal didn’t speak, she just took out her phone from her bag and dialed the emergency number.
“Crystal, don’t!” Jerome struggled to get up, trying to snatch the phone. from Crystal’s hand. “Please, don’t kick me out, don’t kick me out!”
“You couldn’t be so cruel, you couldn’t be so cruel to me!”
