In a Rolls–Royce, Grace Parrish was lost in her deep kiss with Antonio Kaufman.
She was stripped naked while he was still fully clothed. Her face turned red as she noticed the contrast.
Antonio tightened his hold on Grace’s waist and chuckled lowly in her ear, “The privacy partition is up. The driver can’t see or hear us. He wouldn’t dare to. Why so shy?”
The usually indifferent man was thrusting harder and harder, Grace looked at Antonio fondly and wrapped her arms around him. Pleasure was piling up. When she was about to orgasm, Antonio’s phone rang and ruined it.
Antonio frowned as he had to stop. Still, he picked up after seeing the caller ID.
Panting, Grace glanced at his photo and saw the name. It was Luther Holt, Antonio’s best friend.
“Antonio, are you out…”
Antonio frowned and cut Luther off with fluent French. “Not the best timing. Speak in French.”
Luther took a deep breath. After a long silence, he spoke in French, “Did you really marry Sofia Conley? What were you thinking? You got blind when you saved her. She dumped you for another guy when you were at your lowest. You almost died. How could you get back with her?”

Grice listened to the unfamiliar language and translated them into her mother tongue without realizing it.
Luther’s words were like a bucket of ice water once Grace understood what he just said.
Antonio didn’t notice Grace’s agony. “I have to. Sofia’s family was forcing her to marry an old guy. I couldn’t let Sofia suffer.”
“What about Grace? When you were blind, she was the only one who stayed by your side. She has loved you for so long. We all know.”
Luther was clearly angry. But Antonio merely answered indifferently, “Tll find a way to keep Grace in the dark. She’ll never find out about this.”
“You believe that? You can keep it from Grace forever? Grace looks. forward to marrying you, you know?”
Antonio was getting more and more anxious. He spoke faster, “About my marriage with Sofia, you must keep it a secret from everyone else. I’ll give Grace a fake marriage license.”
Antonio had enough of Luther and hung up directly.
Antonio lowered his eyes and threw his phone away before keeping on trusting.
Grace shook uncontrollably. Both of them reached a climax. Afterward. Grace opened her mouth to say something when they were straightening their clothes. But Antonio’s phone rang again.
It was a text message this time,
Antonio picked up his phone. He asked the driver to pull over once he read the text.
“Grace: the office needs me. Would you get out of the car and take a taxi home yourself?”
Grace said nothing and only nodded and opened the car door.
The black Rolls–Royce disappeared into the dark night rapidly.
Grace stood on the pavement and stared at the busy traffic idly. In the end, she broke down crying.
Nobody knew that Grace learned French to shorten the gap between them.
Grace understood every word in Antonio’s conversation with Luther.
Those words were digging into Grace’s soul and twisting around like
knives.
Forgotten memories resurfaced as her love for Antonino died.
Antonio was the untouchable rich boy while Grace was the maid’s daughter.
That year, she followed her mother into the grand Kaufman’s house. Antonio was playing piano, sunlight surrounding him like a halo.
It was the most beautiful melody she had heard. And he was the most beautiful boy she had seen.
With just one glance, Grace had burned Antonio’s name in her mind.
She never told anyone about her crush.

When she was 23, she knelt in front of a famous doctor’s house for 72 hours. The doctor was moved and finally agreed to treat Antonio’s eyes.
The outcast man returned and shocked the world with his ability.
Within merely a year, Antonio returned to the top and became the Kaufman Group’s heir.
Grace had been by Antonio’s side for 7 years no matter what. It was the most difficult time of his life.
Antonio had kissed, hugged, and had sex with…Grace, not Sofia.

She wiped her tears and took out her phone to make a call.
“Madam Kaufman, I agree. I’ll take the $8 million and leave Antonio.”
