Chapter 22 The Wall Collapses With Everyone’s Push
When the morning sunlight streamed through the window onto Lamar’s fair and handsome face, he woke up.
“Boss! You’re awake!” Curtis’s voice with a hint of relief came to
his ears, Curtis’s face appeared in front of him.
“Where am I? What happened to me?” he frowned.
“I’m in the hospital!” Curtis raised the bed slightly, “I tried to call
you last night to report on work, but couldn’t reach you. I had to
ask the property management to open the door and found you
unconscious from a fever. Are you feeling better now? I’ve
asked the doctor to come and check on you.”
Lamar stopped him, “No need, I feel much better now. Just tell
me about the investigation!”
Curtis hesitated for a moment, but decided to follow the boss’s
orders: “Ms. McLean’s popularity has plummeted sharply,

Graciela was quick–witted and eager to learn. In just a few days, her acting skills made a qualitative leap, and Bryant praised her

The director all valued Graciela so much, not to mention the rest
of the crew who were already trying to please her, and there
was no Leanna causing trouble in between.
At that moment, the atmosphere of the whole crew was very
harmonious.
