Sophia gave a self–deprecating smile, picked up her bag from the table, and left the private room without looking back.
But just as she reached the corner, a few drunk men blocked her way.

Just then, someone yanked her hair hard. “You bitch! How dare you hit my boss? I’ll kill you!”
Bang! Her head was slammed into the wall. She collapsed to the ground, her vision blurring, but she could vaguely hear the staff talking.
