Someone in the background was calling him to drink, looked

Federico replied after a while, then kept asking Britney, “Do you
want to consider coming to Gnome Bank to help me?”
Britney really hadn’t thought about it this way before.
It wasn’t that I looked down on Gnome Bank, but Gnome Bank
was a bank, and its way of operating was different from that of
investment banks and capital firms.
Britney was worried she couldn’t handle it.
But right now, she was kind of wavering.

don’t have to reply now. Tell me when you’ve thought it over.
I’ve got a drinking party here, so I’ll hang up first.”

Unlike some people, who only made things worse.
Federico finished the call and was about to go back to the room,
but when he turned around, he saw that Bianca was standing
right behind him.
Judging by that look and reaction, she probably heard what he
just said on the phone.
Bianca couldn’t hold back and asked Federico, “Rico, are you
planning to hire Britney?”
“What? You wanna butt in on this too?” Federico said lazily, his
voice slightly mocking.
Bianca frowned, “I didn’t like her.”
“There were so many people you didn’t like, did I have to avoid
all of them?”
