When they came out of the hospital, Britney was about to call a
car. She spotted a familiar figure up ahead and immediately
stopped, saying to Lila, “Mom, I want to go to the bathroom.“”
“Then I waited for you here.”
“You come with me.” Britney insisted on dragging her along.
Lila was helpless too, “You’re already this old and still scared to
go to the bathroom alone?”
“Yeah, so you had to keep me company.”
Lila could only wait for her at the bathroom door.
Britney stayed in the bathroom a bit longer, figured those two.
annoying people had already left, and only then did she slowly
come out of the bathroom.
“Is your stomach upset?” Lila cared about Britney right away.
“A little bit, I ate something bad last night.” Britney just made up
an excuse.
“Anyway, just went to the hospital and saw a doctor.”

Edward just looked so sure of himself, “Did I hit the nail on the
head? Are you mad now? Let me tell you, Britney, today you’re
leaving whether you want to or not. Anyway, I’ll be watching
you the whole time.”
After saying that, he pointed at his own eyes with two fingers,
then pointed at Britney, “I’m watching you!”
The first thing Britney did when she turned on her computer
was print her resignation letter.
Although she had already handed in quite a few before, she couldn’t guarantee that Rodrick still kept them.
To be absolutely sure, she just printed another copy.
