Sarah rushed over the moment she heard the news.
What she found was my cold body lying in the operating room.
The shock hit her so hard that she almost collapsed. Someone helped hold her up, but she still clutched her chest and stomped in grief.

Sarah began sobbing loudly, while Noah stood there, overwhelmed and confused.

“That can’t be right. She was just giving some blood. How could something have happened to Adeline and the babies?”
Holding onto Sarah, he tried to explain again.
“Grandma, I get that you’re always on Adeline’s side, but she shouldn’t always get her way. I only asked her to donate a little blood to Chloe. She will be fine.
