Brayden raised his eyebrows.

Eliezer had one hand in his pocket, rubbing his thumb with his index finger.
He said slowly, “To be honest, Mr. Richmond, I’m here today just to know about the progress of this matter. Since you’ve already settled the partnership with Lakesey Studio, I can only quit my plan now.”
Brayden smiled and looked at Eliezer with his beautiful eyes, bantering, “I thought you were here to cut a deal with them before me, Mr. Woodward. And I was quite worried. After all, Sylvia has been working with the Woodward Group for three years. You have a great advantage.”
“Advantage? If so, she wouldn’t choose to leave,” Eliezer chuckled with a hint of self–mockery.

Eliezer chuckled. “Looks like we have to show our sincerity to win her over.”
Brayden nodded his head. “Yep!”
Although they were rivals in business, it was quite harmonious between them now.
Eliezer suddenly looked at his watch and said, “It’s about time. I gotta go. Mr. Richmond, you should also go back for lunch.”
Brayden waved his hand with a smile. “Bye, Mr. Woodward. I won’t walk you out though.”
After Eliezer left, the smile on Brayden’s face instantly disappeared.
Brayden touched the corner of his mouth and then let out a soft hiss in pain.
“Damn. That was quite a punch,” he snorted in his heart.
As he walked into the company, I took a selfie and sent it directly to a chat group called “Brielle Is the Queen“.

Fernando: “What the hell, Brayden? Which bastard bullied Brielle?”
Kendrick: “Where’s Brielle? Is she okay?”
Messages kept popping up.
Terrence: “Already called Gabrielle. She’s fine. She’s having lunch with her friend. That’s it, buddies.”
No new messages popped out.
Brayden looked at the dialogue box and was dumbfounded.
He thought, “All they care about is Gabrielle. What about me?
“Damn!”
Just when he was about to complain, he got messages from Lindsey.
Gabrielle: “Brayden, have you applied the medicine? Does the wound still hurt? Sorry that I ignored you and directly left just now.”
Gabrielle: “By the way, have you eaten, Brayden? If not, you can come and join us. The food hasn’t been served yet. I’ve ordered your favorite dishes. But Golden Willow Restaurant is a bit far from your company, so we won’t wait for you, okay? I’ll let them serve your favorite food when you arrive.”

It was unique because its geographical location was too remote, and the number of diners it received every day was limited. If people wanted to tast
its cuisines, they had to make an appointment one month in advance.
In Rivendale, there were only a few people who were qualified to come without reservation for dining, and there were even fewer who could let Osvaldo Hodges, the successor of the royal chef, cook for them.
When Brayden arrived at Golden Willow Restaurant, Lindsey and Tamia. had just started eating.
Seeing Brayden coming in, Lindsey immediately stood up and called out, “Brayden!”
“You guys eat your food. No need to wait for me. I’ve got something else to do first.”

Then, he took out his phone and took a selfie. commenting. “I’m still a handsome guy, okay?”
With that, he secretly sent this selfie to the chat group and then put away his phone.
“Brayden, you have to protect your handsome face. Don’t get hurt again.”
Lindsey didn’t notice Brayden’s small actions just now. After finishing helping Brayden, she picked up a hot towel and wiped her fingers clean.
Tamia, who was invited to this meal, saw this warm scene and felt a bit touched and envious. “You’re quite a good family. That’s so sweet. By the way. I just heard Mr. Richmond call you ‘Gabrielle‘. Is that your pet name?”

Mr. Richmond and Mrs. Richmond donated 80 million dollars to assist the police in building a platform for the lost children to be found back.”

Tamia was so shocked when she read this news.
She instantly raised her head, looking at the two people in front of her and thinking, “So they’re from the Richmond family in Velmora? The top wealthy family that’s no inferior to the Woodward family?”
