Billy looked at them amazed: “How’s that possible!”
“You don’t believe it? Do a DNA test. See the clothes your dad and mom are wearing? They got money!”
Billy’s eyes lit up immediately. He quickly pulled the woman over: “See? These are my dad and mom! The baby in your belly’s gonna be blessed now. Sorry, I didn’t recognize you just now. Really sorry.”
Looking at them, Sophia felt disgusted and stammered: “Impossible! How could you be my son!”
I loved watching the drama: “Sophia, how can you be like this? You didn’t come home for more than ten years. Now you came back to find your biological son. Your son’s right in front of you–how can you not acknowledge him?”
Marcus also twisted the knife: “You kept saying your son was the most excellent. Now your son’s right here–don’t say things like that, it’ll hurt the kid’s feelings!”
Sophia was so pissed at us both she nearly fainted. I took the chance to push Billy: “Just do a DNA test. Time to return to your roots.”
Last night Marcus already had someone check out Nathan Foster.
His big gold chain was fake.
And he wasn’t really a businessman–just a freeloader who lived off others!
All these years he’d done nothing. Just wanted to come steal my family’s money.
But he never thought I wouldn’t give him the chance.
Now seeing what his biological son was like. He was totally stunned.
But I wasn’t gonna let him off that easy.
So I rushed them to the DNA testing center and called my parents over too.
Only after getting the results did I finally chill out completely.
Bad genes should totally stick together!
Mom and Dad were also stunned. The red–haired punk in front of them already had a kid.
And this woman was on her second marriage!
They were shaking with rage.
Sophia panicked.
But now it was too late to say anything.

So, all seven of them crammed into that tiny house.
Later, Mrs. Rodriguez told me their house was total chaos.

Billy wanted to get married and demanded they give him $200,000 as wedding gifts.
No way they could come up with that much.
Originally these two losers just wanted to scam me.
Never thought I’d prepared ahead of time and returned their worthless spawn to them.
Now both of them refused and regretted everything.
But I wasn’t some sucker–wouldn’t deal with their mess.
When Billy couldn’t get the money, he took a stick and beat Nathan.
When Mom and Dad tried to stop him, they also got hit.
Dad collapsed unconscious on the spot. Mom was pushed down the stairs and broke her leg.

When she was about running, Billy broke her arm.
When I got to the hospital, I saw them all lying there wailing.
Mom grabbed my hand: “Mia, I was wrong! Please help us! Make him leave!”
“Mom, how’s that gonna work? That’s Sophie’s biological son, your own grandson! He turned out this way ‘cause he didn’t have parents to teach him before. You gotta give him all your love and get him back on track!”
Hearing this, Mom felt totally hopeless.
I pulled my hand away. Paid their medical bills. Then didn’t care anymore.
Sophia was in too much pain to lift her arm and asked me for money. I kicked her away without hesitation: “You got nothing to do with me, Sophia. You ruined my son’s celebration party and slandered me–we haven’t settled that score yet!”
“Now you want money from me? Dream on!”
“As for Mom and Dad’s support, I’ll pay the legal minimum. Won’t deal with anything else.”
In my past life, I died from their scheming.
In this life? I absolutely won’t be fooled again.
After I left, Mom and Dad were still crying behind me.
Mrs. Rodriguez occasionally brought news about them–Billy stubbornly stayed at the house and wouldn’t leave. Made Mom and Dad his servants.
That woman gave birth to a boy.
Billy constantly demanded money from them. Beat them if they refused. Also forced Sophia to go out and run a food stall.
Basically the whole family worked to support his spending.
This rotten family rotting together was just perfect.
Six months later, Marcus and I returned to our hometown once to handle property stuff. We planned to sell the house and settle in New York with our
kids.

I saw Sophia.
In just six months, she’d aged decades–her hair had gone gray and white.
When she saw me, she suddenly rushed over: “Mia, it shouldn’t be like this! It shouldn’t be like this! You–you were supposed to jump off a building and die! And all your money should be mine! All mine!”
She chased my car screaming her heart out.
I smiled coldly.
